INSPECTION FORMS

These forms should be used for mock-up rooms and renovation work.  The forms allow a site supervisor to inspect for tolerances between doors and frames to accept gasketing.  If there’s any bind at any point, the guidelines may show the cause.

These forms should be part of the door and hardware submittal process, and a copy should be sent to the field superintendent and installers.
